Christmas delivery is for in-stock items only; not available on heavyweight items, personalized items, or items shipped directly from the manufacturer. If you would like items in your order to be monogrammed, please contact customer service at 1-800-323-8000 for order by and delivery date information.
For monogrammed items shipping via our Standard Delivery method, you must place your order by 12/10/08 to ensure Christmas delivery.
For monogrammed items shipping via any of our Expedited Delivery methods, you must place your order by 12/14/08 to ensure Christmas delivery.
Orders for monogrammed items that are placed after 12/14/08 will not be guaranteed for Christmas delivery.
